These courses comply with and
exceed the standard - OSHA
1910.146
  • 4 Hour Confined Space Entry, Attendant, and Supervisor ($65 per
    person)
  • Prerequisite: Confined Space Assessments.
  • This course is designed for all individuals involved with confined
    space entries.
  • It is hands-one and competency-based.
  • Location specific equipment is used (ex. tri-pod, meter, etc.)
  • Location specific policies and procedures are used (ex. program,
    permit, training levels, etc.).
  • Non-entry rescue is covered during the training.
  • In order to implement this as a stand-alone course an evaluation
    must be conducted and agreement must be made with off-site
    rescue.
  • Training Timeline:
  • at initial job assignment
  • when job changes
  • 8 Hour Confined Space Entry, Attendant, Supervisor, and
    Rescue ($130 per person)
  • Prerequisite: Current physical for all individuals required to
    use an SCBA.
  • This course covers all of the information in our 4 Hour
    Confined Space Entry, Attendant, Supervisor course.
  • This course can be broken into two 4 hour sections (4 hour
    Entry, Attendant, Supervisor and 4 hour Rescue).
  • This course is designed for all individuals expected to
    perform confined space rescue duties.
  • It is hands-on and competency-based.
  • Both entry and non-entry rescue are covered.
  • Rescue of injured people in IDLH and/or non-IDLH conditions
    is covered during training.
  • Location specific equipment is used (ex. tri-pod, SCBA, ect.).
  • Training Timeline:
  • every 12 months
These courses are designed to give subject knowledge to individuals completing them for the first
time, as well as, give advanced training to experienced individuals who have done entries for years.
  • 8 Hour Confined Space Course: Train the Trainer ($200 per
    person per day)
  • This course can be one or five days.
  • The amount of days is based on the number and different
    types of confined spaces at the location.        
  • One day: Mills, Farms, and Case Readies
  • Five days: Large Manufacturing Locations (packers)
  • The class will cover the following: assessments, the different
    levels of training, program, permits, how to train, and physically
    performing all of the aforementioned tasks.
  • The training is hands-on and competency-based.
  • Both entry and non-entry rescue are covered.
  • Rescue of injured people in IDLH and/or non-IDLH conditions is
    covered during training.
  • Location specific equipment is used (ex. tri-pod, SCBA, etc.).
  • Location specific policies and procedures are used (ex.
    program, permit, etc.).
  • Confined Space Assessments ($1500 per day)
  • Our staff can help evaluate all of the spaces at the
    location or we can just help you get started.

  • Determination if it is a permit required
    confined space
  • Hazards
  • Elimination of Hazards or Control Measures
  • Entry Procedures
  • Rescue Plan
