About Allen Safety, LLC
Joe Allen started Allen Safety in 2001 in response
to the need of hands-on safety training in the food
industry.
About Us
Joe Allen, CHMM (left) is the
owner and lead consultant of
Allen Safety.

Joe has worked in the safety
industry for 17 years, including
six years in the US Navy as a
HAZMAT technician and medic,
one and a half years as a
safety manager at a beef
packing plant in West Texas
and nine years as a consultant.

Joe was an active Eagle Scout
growing up.

He received his bachelor's
degree at Oklahoma State
University in Fire Protection
and Safety.

Joe's approach to training is
very hands-on, practical, and
competency-based.  
Amber Sperlich, ASP (right)
started with Allen Safety in
2007.  Amber's role in Allen
Safety includes performing
safety audits, touring
locations, and managing
Allen Safety's business
structure.

Amber graduated from
South Dakota State
University with a bachelor's
degree in Dairy
Manufacturing.

She has managed
sanitation and production
as a supervisor in both the
dairy and egg industries.

medical consulting services for
Allen Safety, LLC.

Her responsibilities include offering
medical expertise during OSHA
compliance safety audits.

She graduated with her bachelor's
degree from the University of
Oklahoma.
